Even though Russell and his team were helpful with my luggage, navigating those steps was a constant challenge during my stay. Additionally, the lock on my room door was often difficult to operate, leading to several frustrating moments.

The off-street parking was a major advantage, giving us one less thing to worry about during our stay.

We did find that the water temperature in the bath could have been warmer, which made our experience less enjoyable.
